RATES:

Discounted rates are available for 2 weeks or longer stays.

NO SMOKING, PETS or CHILDREN

Prices are quoted per apartment and not per person but the number of persons must not exceed two. Guests who disregard this clause may be asked to leave the accommodation without refund of rental paid. Rates do not include air fares, car rental, insurance or any other item apart from the pure rental of the property. They include GAS, ELECTRICITY, LINENS and TOWELS and FINAL CLEANING.

The owners cannot be held responsible for any temporary defects or stoppages in the supply of electricity, water, gas or plumbing nor be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, riots, vandalism, strikes, illness or any other cause beyond their control.

Agreement

Availability of the apartment will be confirmed and held for 7 days after which, if we have not received your deposit of 25%, the apartment will be considered not confirmed. Once deposit has been received you will be sent a Booking Confirmation.

For 3 or 4 night stays a deposit of the total amount is required when you book.

Balance of payment

Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay balance due constitutes a breach of contract and deposit will be forfeited. Payments must be net of all or any bank charges and if bank charges are made to us we will advise you and expect to be reimbursed.

Cancellation by Guest

The following are the cancellation terms:

Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you take out insurance to cover all eventualities: holiday cancellation, personal injury and loss of property for yourself and your guests.

Arrivals

There will be a Euros 50,00 surcharge for arrivals after 7pm.

Cleaning

The apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is equipped with linen, cutlery and crockery. The bed is also made up. Please leave apartment in good order and in the same condition as you found it on arrival and please leave garbage downstairs outside the front door.

Noise

All guests are expected to behave with respect for the property and for their neighbors as they would in their own homes. Loud and disruptive behavior could result in a premature termination of the tenancy agreement with no entitlement to a refund.
